Our minimum prices take into account the cost of labor, as well as the kinds of properties we primarily target / average specifications. We strive to make all of our services as special as possible, but we'd be lying if we said our Window Cleaning didn't hold an extra special place in our areas of expertise. When it comes to window cleaning, we always put in the time and effort needed to make your windows shine.
The condition of your windows is incredibly important to us, which is why we never use any power washing equipment when cleaning them. Such methods are prone to leaving scratches on the glass, so instead, we opt for the much gentler option of cleaning each and every pane by hand.
First, we'll go around your window frame with microfiber cloths to extract any dirt and debris. Then, we'll wet your window with our specialized cleaning solution, give it a thorough scrub to get the stains and grime off, and finish it off with a squeegee. Rinse and repeat until they're all clean!
Our minimum price varies depending on if you are looking to get your exterior and interior windows cleaned, or just the exteriors. Additionally, we have conditional per pane pricing. The prices are as follows:
